He was extremely friendly, prompt, and understanding of my urgent situation. He stuck around until his technician arrived at my home within an hour of his arrival equipped with all the necessary tools to handle the repair. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue and the steps needed to fix it. He worked quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the leak was fixed properly and that my home was left clean and tidy after the repair. I truly appreciated their transparency regarding pricing as well; there were no hidden fees, and I felt I received great value for the service provided. I don't recommend Mr. Rooter for any major plumbing work that you need done. I hired Mr. Rooter to replace galvanized steel pipes throughout my house with PEX. While the end result of that did end up getting there, the attention to detail and care that they treated the job was extremely disappointing. From running pipes outside wall and floor cavities, to poor positioning of the pipes coming out of the walls, the result I got was very underwhelming and looked like that of a novice/amateur plumber.

Aaron showed timely, and the cleaning of my line, restored the functionality of life, as I'd had, before the roots plugged it up!! Scoped and snaked, and I can be more productive. No more standing water, anymore! Now, if only my life was as functional as the cleaned drain! ?

Aaron came out on Thursday evening and spent about 3hours clearing the sewer line. He was polite, knew what needed to be done and cleared the line of debris. We appreciate him coming during the evening and the work he did to solve the problem.

He scheduled a visit for the same day, after 5 PM, to fit with my schedule. When the team arrived, they were professional and fixed the problem in under an hour. The cost was fair, especially considering how long it would have taken me to handle it myself—not to mention multiple trips to the hardware store! I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone needing quick and professional plumbing solutions.
